PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (“JTT” or “the Company”) was established based on Deed Number 22 dated 2 June 2017, as amended by Deed Number 05 dated 30 November 2020 of Statement of Shareholders’ Decisions Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Limited Liability Company PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol

Currently, based on work contract with PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. (“Jasa Marga”), PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol is to carry out the IPO as well as assets transfer of the Toll Roads in Trans Java areas operated by both Jasa Marga and Toll Road Subsidiaries (APJT).
