D-3 New Year 2023, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol Records 42 Thousand Vehicles Leaving Jakarta

Bekasi (30/12), PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol recorded 42,984 vehicles leaving Jakarta on D-3 for New Year 2023 (29/12/22). The total volume of vehicles leaving the Jakarta area through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT) has increased by 50.17% compared to normal traffic of 28,624 vehicles.
PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol also records traffic volume on D-3 New Year 2023 in the Central Java and East Java Regions as follows:
1. Central Java Region
a. GT Kalikangkung
The volume of GT Kalikangkung vehicles bound for Semarang, on D-3 New Year 2023, was recorded at 25,240 vehicles, up 60.71% from normal traffic of 15,705 vehicles. There were 24,276 vehicles leaving Semarang, an increase of 72.75% from the normal traffic of 14,053 vehicles.
b. GT Banyuwangi
On D-3 of New Year 2023, there were 34,852 vehicles heading to Semarang via GT Banyumanik, an increase of 61.71% from normal traffic of 21,552 vehicles. There were 30,410 vehicles leaving Semarang, an increase of 72.40% compared to normal traffic of 17,639 vehicles.
2. East Java Region
a. GT Warugunung
On D-3 of New Year 2023, there were 22,547 vehicles heading to Surabaya via GT Warugunung or an increase of 32.40% compared to normal traffic of 17,029 vehicles. There were 23,275 vehicles leaving Surabaya via GT Warugunung, an increase of 42.95% compared to normal traffic of 16,282 vehicles.
b. GT Kejapan Utama
On H-3 New Year 2023, there were 31,449 vehicles bound for Surabaya, an increase of 32.80% from normal traffic of 23,681 vehicles. There were 32,426 vehicles leaving Surabaya, an increase of 35.24% from the normal traffic of 23,976 vehicles.
c. GT Singosari
On D-3 of the New Year 2023, there were 15,457 vehicles headed for Malang, an increase of 39.91% from the normal traffic of 11,048 vehicles. There were 14,495 vehicles leaving Malang, an increase of 45.78% from the normal traffic of 9,943 vehicles.
PT JTT appealed to users of the Trans Java toll road to prepare themselves before entering a trip on the toll road. Ensure that you and your vehicle are in prime condition, always comply with health protocols according to government recommendations when in rest areas, ensure sufficient fuel and electronic money balances, and comply with signs and directions from officers in the field.
