182 Thousand Vehicles Leaving Jakarta From H-7 to D-3 Christmas 2022, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol provides for 24-Hour Operational Services

Bekasi (23/12), PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol prepares operational services for 24 hours to anticipate 182,731 vehicles leaving Jakarta from D-7 to H-3 (18-22/12) Christmas Day 2022. The total volume of vehicles leaving the area Jakarta through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT) is up 31.04% compared to regular traffic of 139,442 vehicles.
PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol also records traffic volume on H-7 to H-3 Christmas Day 2022 in the Central Java and East Java Regions as follows:
1. Central Java Region
a. GT Kalikangkung
The volume of GT Kalikangkung vehicles bound for Semarang, on H-7 to H-3 Christmas Day 2022 was recorded at 109,444 vehicles, up 45.94% from regular traffic of 74,995 vehicles. 94,837 vehicles were leaving Semarang, an increase of 28.15% from the regular traffic of 74,005 vehicles.
b. GT Banyuwangi
On D-7 to D-3 Christmas Day 2022, 153,317 vehicles were heading to Semarang via GT Banyumanik, an increase of 37.70% from the regular traffic of 111,344 vehicles. 139,470 vehicles were leaving Semarang, a rise of 44.67% compared to regular traffic of 96,406 vehicles.
2. East Java Region
a. GT Warugunung
On D-7 to D-3 Christmas Day 2022, 109,611 vehicles were heading to Surabaya via GT Warugunung, or an increase of 24.46% compared to regular traffic of 88,072 vehicles. 97,351 vehicles were leaving Surabaya via GT Warugunung, a rise of 17.61% compared to regular traffic of 82,774 vehicles.
b. GT Kejapanan Utama
On D-7 to D-3 Christmas Day 2022, there were 145,089 vehicles bound for Surabaya, an increase of 12.60% from regular traffic of 128,848 vehicles. 146,417 vehicles were leaving Surabaya, a rise of 16.84% from the regular traffic of 125,310 vehicles.
c. GT Singosari
On D-7 to D-3 Christmas Day 2022, there were 68,275 vehicles headed for Malang, an increase of 17.75% from regular traffic of 57,983 vehicles. 66,452 vehicles were leaving Malang, a rise of 18.81% from the regular traffic of 55,930 vehicles.
PT JTT appealed to users of the Trans Java toll road to prepare themselves before entering a trip on the toll road. Ensure that you and your vehicle are in prime condition, always comply with health protocols according to government recommendations when in rest areas, ensure sufficient fuel and electronic money balances, and comply with signs and directions from officers in the field.
